03.06.2005 - Corvaglia Closures Ixtlahuaca just injected Closures number 500 million

The Mexican plant initiated the operation in late July 2004. Just 10 month after plant start-up, our Mexican daughter produced, with only four production lines, more than half a billion closures.

According to Bernardo Osés, General Manager of Corvaglia Closures Ixtlahuaca, Mexico's demand for economic cap solutions is very high. He said: "Growth in Mexico is very positive and surpassed our expectations. This is the reason for a first capacity increase. An additional production line will be started up in September 2005. Our customers are looking for a solution providing functionality, convenience and security at lowest cost possible."
